Dear HCL community,

Six teams

HCL Season 3 introduces Cape Chargers as the league’s sixth franchise. The new side is formed from previously unsold players and joins MSK, TVK, Spartans, Narukuna Nookol and The Royal Strikers.

Flexible home-and-away season

The competition uses a 30-match double round robin. Matches do not carry fixed dates: they will be arranged when teams and HCL management are available. The three games already completed remain Matches 1, 2 and 3 in their actual order.

Opening results

TRS defeated defending champions NN, Cape Chargers won their first HCL match by one wicket against MSK, and TVK defended 283 to beat MSK by 79 runs.

Three HCL comebacks

Ayush, Sachin and Hanish return to league competition in Season 3 after not taking part in Season 2. Ayush joins TRS, while Sachin and Hanish line up for the Spartans.

Record policy

Only confirmed scorecards affect official batting totals, averages and HCL rating points. Management estimates for missing Season 2 reports are published separately and cannot change any official ranking.

Season 3 begins with six teams, a balanced schedule and confirmed-score integrity at the centre of every official HCL record.
