Spartans win the championship
The Hand Cricket League officially confirms Spartans as the Season 3 champions. SP defeated The Royal Strikers in a dominant championship Final to complete the six-team season at the top of HCL.
Spartans entered the playoffs as the P1 seed, defeated Mumbai Super Kings in Qualifier 1, and advanced directly to the Final before closing the competition with victory over TRS.
TRS complete an Eliminator-to-Final run
The Royal Strikers entered the Eliminator against TVK and won to remain in the competition. TRS then defeated MSK in Qualifier 2 and secured the second position in the championship match.
Their Final defeat confirms TRS as the Season 3 runners-up after a playoff run that required victories in both elimination matches.
MSK finish third
Mumbai Super Kings received two opportunities to reach the Final. They lost Qualifier 1 to SP and were then eliminated by TRS in Qualifier 2.
MSK therefore finish Season 3 in third place, while TVK finish fourth after their Eliminator defeat to TRS.
Spartans are the official HCL Season 3 champions. TRS finish as runners-up, MSK finish third, and the Season 3 competition is now complete.
